Objective:
Following the pause of SEO and SEA initiatives in November 2024, I led a GDPR-compliant, high-volume B2B data mining project. The primary goal was to expand digital reach and generate leads in new international markets, particularly within Europe.
Strategy & Workflow:
- Market Selection: Countries targeted included DACH, UK, France, Netherlands, Italy, and later USA, China, and Australia.
- Prospect Collection: Used LinkedIn Sales Navigator with ChatGPT to export and organize filtered leads.
- Data Import & Enrichment: Imported leads into Salesforce or spreadsheets and enriched data via Hunter.io and LeadIQ.
- Email Outreach: Executed campaigns focused on education and relevance, not direct sales.
- Lead Progression: 38-40% of leads moved to Step 2 of email sequences.
- Webinar Promotion: Used webinars to convert prospects and drive brand engagement.
Results:
- 40,000 to 60,000 leads generated monthly
- 38-40% Step 2 engagement per campaign group
- 60-70% of webinar registrations came from email outreach
